We demonstrate frequency stabilization of a tunable 318.6nm ultraviolet (UV) laser system using electronic sideband locking. By indirectly changing the frequency of a broadband electro-optic phase modulator, the laser can be continuously tuned over 4GHz, while a 637.2nm laser is directly stabilized to a high-finesse ultra-stable optical cavity.
